Bought a nICE 45 to take down to the Hill Country of Texas this weekend. The performance was flawless. Everyone knows (or should know) that an air-tight seal is a huge part of a great cooler, and the nICE did not disappoint. Until I showed my wife the air relief valve, she couldn’t open the cooler!
For years now, I have had a similar brand cooler down in the oilfields of the Permian Basin. It has stood up well, but has been beaten to death. So imagine my surprise when I was told that the new nICE would be staying back home with my wife! Oh well…looks like I get to grab a second 45!

I have the nICE 45 in seafoam green. This is the best roto-molded cooler I have found. It is packed with so many more features than the over priced other coolers. The construction appears top notch and any repair should be a breeze. The website however is quite lacking. Other than one sheet for warranty there are no links for parts or support say if a T-Lock or strap brakes. Flesh out the website and no doubt nICE coolers will be in everyone’s truck.

We bought this cooler right before a big trip from Texas to Montana, two days on the road and the first t shaped lock broke no big deal I thought but then that night the second one broke .

Good bang for your buck and I have had ice last up to 5 days. I wasn’t stoked when the rubber t locks both broke. Customer service was pretty legit and mailed some new ones out in a week.

I’m writing this review on customer service. I recently purchased a nICE 45 Qt. Cooler. Unfortunately it was missing a few parts , so I contacted Heather at customer service via e-mail. Within hours a had a wonderful response ! I was shocked, you know how that goes! With a few more e-mails providing information , I was assured my parts would arrive as quickly as possible. Thanks again Heather for providing great service!

Wonderful cooler. It is as tough as can be made. I use mine daily. The 75 will hold 2 30 packs of drinks plus 40 lbs of ice. Lasts longer than 6 days.

Bought the 45. Had baseball tournament all weekend long. Stayed in the back of the truck for 3 days in the hot East Texas sun. Still had a few hand fulls of ice in it this morning. Drinks were still ice cold. Paid $150 at Buccess. I’d say it past the test.

I was careless, and damaged my drain plug on my Nice 45 quart cooler. By calling Nice, no questions asked, Helen did a great job taking care of what I needed. A week later I received a new drain plug assembly at no cost. Helen was very easy to talk with, and this customer service from Nice is top notch!!! I’m a believer in Nice Coolers and will definitely purchase another.
